4. Bookings & Cancellations

Appointments can be booked online or via direct contact. Full details of services are provided before booking. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit counts toward your total service cost.

Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled, subject to availability. Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to attend result in forfeiture of the deposit. No refunds are offered once a service has been provided. If you are unhappy, contact us within 7 days for possible resolution at our discretion.

5. Payments & Billing

Full payment is required before delivery of any service unless otherwise agreed. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact details and to update them when necessary. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

6. Third-Party Tools and Links

We may use third-party services or link to third-party websites. These are outside our control, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from their use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, concepts, and materials shared with clients remain the intellectual property of Fabian Interiors unless otherwise stated. You may not replicate or use them without written consent. Client-provided materials remain the property of the client.
