REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Deposit
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been provided.
If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days to discuss options, which may include service adjustment or resolution at our discretion.
