This website and all services are operated by Fabian Interiors, the trading name of Samantha Fabian. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Fabian Interiors. By using this website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the site or services after changes means you accept those changes.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our services without written permission. All content, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to Fabian Interiors.

2. Accuracy of Information

All material on this site is for general guidance only and does not constitute professional advice. While we aim to ensure accuracy, content may be updated or modified at any time without obligation to notify users.

3. Pricing and Services

Prices for services are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue services at any time. All services are subject to availability and suitability, and we reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

Appointments may be booked online or via direct contact. Full details of services are provided prior to booking. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the total service cost.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled, subject to availability. Cancellations within 48 hours, or failure to attend, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No refunds are offered once a service has been delivered. If you are dissatisfied, you must contact us within 7 days, and we may offer a resolution at our discretion.

5. Payments & Billing

Full payment is required prior to delivery of any service unless otherwise agreed in writing. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and to keep these details up to date. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

6. Third-Party Tools and Links

We may utilise third-party services or provide links to external websites. These are outside our control, and we accept no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from their use.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, visuals, and materials created or provided by Fabian Interiors remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. These may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent. Any materials provided by the client remain the property of the client.

8. Feedback and Submissions

Any feedback, suggestions, or submissions provided to us may be used to improve our services or for promotional purposes unless confidentiality has been explicitly agreed in advance.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use this website or our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You must not attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of the website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Fabian Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcomes.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fabian Interiors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time if these Terms are breached. Any outstanding obligations, including payments, will remain due.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

15. Design Advice & Client Responsibility

Fabian Interiors provides interior design advice, concepts, and recommendations based on professional experience and the information provided by the client.

All final decisions regarding purchases, installations, materials, colours, finishes, and contractors remain entirely the responsibility of the client.

Fabian Interiors does not manufacture, supply, or install products unless explicitly agreed in writing. We are therefore not responsible for the performance, quality, or safety of third-party products, nor for any damage, injury, or loss arising from their use or installation.

We are not responsible for any variation in colour, finish, texture, or appearance once items have been purchased or installed. Any dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcomes following the implementation of design advice is also not the responsibility of Fabian Interiors.

Clients are strongly advised to obtain samples before making purchases, including paint swatches and material samples, to ensure suitability. Clients should follow all manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines and use qualified professionals for installation where required.

Fabian Interiors shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, injury, or dissatisfaction resulting from a client acting upon design advice or recommendations provided.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled, subject to availability. Cancellations within 48 hours or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No refunds are offered once a service has been delivered. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 7 days and we will review the matter at our discretion.
